The Neighborhood is a monthly poetry event held in Yellow Springs, Ohio hosted by John Booth and John Paul Davis, and featuring the music of the G. Scott Jones Freedom Ensemble. The Neighborhood meets in the Emporium in downtown Yellow Springs, where we read poems, listen to jazz, and often both at the same time.

Faith: Live at the Neighborhood, which was, as its name suggests, recorded at the Neighborhood, is now available in the iTunes Store.

The G. Scott Jones Freedom Ensemble has complied a live cd made up of songs from the first six months of the Neighborhood. CDs are available at the Neighborhood, our host venue, the Emporium, or can be ordered online via CD Baby.
